This would be the possible reason why the quote "Failures are stepping stone to success" have become that famous.
This is a competitive world. Industrial boom is happening around and thats not going to stop.So if
we fail, that should be considered as today's or just for a span of time failure. These days, things are going entirly wrong. Suicides for failure in studies, love and other un-complicated issues is not good.If we think suicide is the best option left when we fail, we will end up in nothing but finding ourselves cremated in the grevyard.For a moment, Do we think about our poor parents who keep high aspirations on our career and success in life.
The reason behind this post is because of a tragic incident which has happend two days ago in my college. A quite and reserved kind of guy who chose suicide as the ultimate solution gave us a bad experience. He comitted suicide for failing in the end exams...just... the end exams..... This incident disturbed my mind and made me to think about it. What is left for their poor parents? Nothing but in grief..
To be successful you must taste the failure.. So did the ordinary people and have become No 1 in their fields.

Also, BCCI has once badly rejected him to join the Indian Cricket team for his poor performance in the middle of his career. But currently, Can anyone think a team without SEHWAG.
